Ep. 32: Five Self-Improvement and Mindset Must Haves
After finishing a book about the deprioritizing tasks and focusing on core values, I looked at my shelf and browsed which books in the genre of self-improvement are worth keeping and re-reading.
This episode will hopefully serve as evidence for two facts. First, people actually do win Goodreads giveaways. I see many questions if the giveaways result in anyone receiving a book, to which I am happy to report, that yes, people win. One such book made its way to my Kindle and sparked the inspiration for this episode. The second fact I will uncover is that there are several self-improvement, or mindset, books that are well worth having on your bookshelf and re-reading. Even though this is 30 minutes of your life you’ll be able to get back, take comfort in the fact that I am at least giving you some resources to help you with the remainder of your days.
